Delivery & Shipping

The shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart during the order process so that you can see the shipping costs before completing your order: Free delivery from CHF 50 within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. There are no shipping costs for download products (e.g. vouchers to print yourself) or for store pick-up. Deliveries to an address outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein are not possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail as soon as your order is ready for shipment.

Shipping options:

• Letter post, Possible for orders up to CHF 40, Delivery 2 to 3 working days (Without tracking)
• Post Pack Priority, order weekdays until 14.00 will be delivered the next business day (with tracking)
• Post Pack Economy, delivery time between 2 to 3 business days (with tracking).

From an order value of over CHF 50, we offer free economy shipping.
From an order value of over CHF 100, we offer free priority shipping.

Unfortunately, we can not always guarantee the delivery time. We work exclusively with the Swiss Post. Depending on their volume, there may be a delay in delivery. We ask for your indulgence. If you have any questions about your order, please feel free to contact us by phone or email.

Payment options

You have various options to pay in our online store as well as in our store in Rapperswil.

The following payment methods are available:

• All major credit cards & debit cards
• With the giro card
• TWINT
• Bar
• On account* Online only

*CHF 2.90 will be added to the total amount on account. We work together with Ideal Payment AG, which carries out a live credit check in our online store. If the result is positive, you can order on account. If this is not the case, you will not be approved for this payment method. We have no influence on the approval, as Ideal Payment is liable for the amount. If you would like more detailed information on this, everything is explained in detail in our terms and conditions.
